Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping fees will be added to the total price of the items and will be charged for delivery to a single destination, even if more than one item is ordered. Upon placing an order, a period of 1 to 4 business days is required for processing, and the order will be delivered within a maximum of 21 business days from the date of purchase. "Business Days" refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, official holidays, and national days of rest. A tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the shipment is dispatched. If a product is delivered to a collection point or an automated locker at the customer's request, the date of arrival at said location shall be legally deemed the official delivery date.

Products are dispatched from international distribution hubs, and shipping delays may occur during peak seasons; regardless, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 business days. It is explicitly clarified that Voriant is the seller in this transaction and carries primary legal responsibility toward the customer under applicable consumer protection laws, even when the product is shipped directly from a supplier located outside of Israel.

The Company shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, telecommunication failures, security situations, or acts of God), without derogating from the consumer's statutory rights under applicable law regarding untimely delivery. Customers must ensure that the shipping address is entered completely and accurately; any shipment lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer, without derogating from their statutory rights under applicable law.

Products shipped from international distribution hubs may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and related clearance fees under local laws; if applicable, the shipping carrier will contact the customer directly to settle these charges. This prospective liability is presented clearly to the consumer before final checkout completion.
